What is MOD?

My Own Developer (MOD for short) is a portfolio site of expert Filipino freelance web designers and developers. This group is founded and managed  by Wilson Empleo who works in a company as a full time developer by day and freelance web developer by night. Built by the principles of remote trust and confidence equals the greatest return of investment MOD (My Own Developer) was born. MOD (My Own Developer) started with just two individuals now operates with more than 8 freelancers: web designers, web developers, application developers, SEO Specialists, marketers, researchers and content writers. Here at MOD (My Own Developer) we will revolutionize the way your experience in web design and development works.

When did we start?

The group was brainstormed by web specialists who are experts in their own respective fields. Planned on the early summer of 2009 and it was then established on September 2009. It went through a crucial and excruciating stage of nothingness. “We started with nothing, now we slowly rise up with something”, we came up high with the motivation to serve remote and local clients and gain something from such experience.

What is our goal?

We (My Own Developer) does not compete with other local web design and development firms. We are not a project-hungry firm who does not value quality over quantity of work. As much as possible, we would like our clients to feel that they are 100% taken cared of. Our ultimate goal is to be recognized as the country’s top talented web design and development group.
